We value our customers and we respect your privacy. Any personal information that you provide us, such as when placing an order, will not be shared in any way without your permission.

A Step at a Time takes pride in both our customer service and in the materials we provide. All care has been taken to ensure that the product descriptions are accurate, however A Step at a Time cannot guarantee that they are error free. If you find that a product has had a misleading description then please get in contact with us.

You can be confident that the products have been thoroughly tested and scrutinised before being put up for sale. We do recommend that customers trial downloading the free resources before purchasing to ensure that they have the computer system and printer requirements needed. If people experience any difficulties they should email us at astepatatime@hotmail.com.

Refund Policy

Contact needs to be made with five days of the purchase, by email to astepatatime@hotmail.com giving details of the difficulties. We will endeavour to help solve the problem, however if a solution cannot be found a refund may be considered. It should be noted that any refund made will be less a processing fee of $4.00 and any postage charges.

If we believe that the refund policy is being abused we reserve the right to deny a refund.
